Why is NSW Lotteries putting up the price of Players Club?

This is the first price increase in 10 years for a single year membership which is due to increasing administration and postal costs.

The five year option is now cheaper ($3 per year) than the previous one year membership.

The choice of a one, three and five year membership, offers choices suitable for all budgets.

What are the options available?

My membership expired before the price increase took effect, I should only have to pay the membership price at the time of expiry.

That is correct. In all cases, the price at the time of renewal applies.

By taking the five year option, this reduces your per annum cost to only $3.00 per year.

How is the Multi year Membership better for me?

You now have a choice! With Multi year memberships you do not have to renew your membership every year; therefore there is less risk of your membership expiring.

Can I still become a NEW members on-line?

Yes. Go to playersclub.nswlotteries.com.au and click 'Join Now' where the 1, 3 and 5 years options are available.

Is there anything new with Players Club?

You will notice some changes to the look of new Players Club Cards. We have also recently launched a Players Club website where members can enter a second chance draw.

We will also continue to have members only promotions.

I need a replacement card.

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, we can replace your card at no cost. Please call the Player Services team on (02) 9752 5572 to requested a replacement card.

How will I know when my card is due for renewal?

Your agent will advise you when your card requires renewal, or if we hold your current email address, you will receive an email the month before your card is due to expire.

When do I get a new Players Club card?

As part of our card replacement program a new card will be issued after each five years of continuous membership.
